The regulator is used for automatic process management: milk pasteurization, thermization, yoghurt pasteurization. It allows you to carry out pasteurization according to a convenient algorithm - guaranteeing proper elimination and inhibition of the spread of pathogenic microorganisms while maintaining the taste and nutritional value. It can control the cheese boiler.

Example pasteurization process using the SPM-2 controller

  1. Heating step - lasts until the set temperature is reached
  2. Pasteurization - maintaining the set temperature for a certain period of time
  3. Cooling down - Lowering the temperature to the set value
  4. End - turning off heating and cooling

Sample values: "MILK PASTEURIZATION"

  1. Heating - 65.0°C
  2. Pasteurization - 30 minutes
  3. Chilling - 32.0°C

Example values: "YOGURT PASTEURIZATION"

  1. Heating - 90.0°C
  2. Pasteurization - 10 minutes
  3. Chilling - 43.0°

The controller can control a heating device in the form of a heater and, for example, a cold water valve. The accuracy of temperature control and maintenance can be adjusted using individual settings.
