Cassette temperature limiter for underfloor heating mounted in an aesthetic box with a plastic front. The set consists of an RTL head, a thermostatic valve with an UBG insert with increased flow, an air vent and a M30x1.5 valve. The set is mounted on the return of the underfloor heating loop. The adjustment range of the head ensures the proper temperature of the heating medium while flowing through the loop.

Description of operation of the RTL thermostat:The temperature limiter is mounted on the return, the RTL is a self-acting regulator for regulating the water temperature on the return from the radiator. The water temperature is transmitted to the valve head sensor. If the temperature set on the head is lower than the water temperature, the regulator closes, if the temperature is higher, the regulator opens. The return temperature limiter is used to limit the return water temperature from the radiator in heating systems combining floor and radiator heating. If the underfloor heating is connected to the radiator system, it is necessary to lower the temperature of the water going to the underfloor heating by means of a temperature limiter. RTL is used to limit the temperature of the medium in the underfloor heating system in systems not exceeding 20 m2. The use of a temperature limiter eliminates the need to install a mixing valve and an additional circulation pump.
