Cassette temperature limiter for underfloor heating mounted in an aesthetic box with a plastic front. The set consists of an RTL head, a thermostatic valve with an increased flow UBG insert, an air vent and a M30x1.5 valve for a thermostatically controlled actuator or a thermostatic head with a remote capillary. The set is mounted on the return of the underfloor heating loop.

The set for regulating the return temperature RTL is a regulator that maintains the set temperature of water in the underfloor heating system. The set is used to maintain the floor temperature in mixed heating systems, underfloor heating /radiators.
Description of operation:The temperature limiter is mounted on the return, RTL is a self-acting regulator for regulating the temperature of water on the return from the radiator. The water temperature is transferred to the valve head sensor, if the temperature set on the head is lower than the water temperature, the regulator closes. The return temperature limiter is used to limit the temperature of water in heating systems combining underfloor and radiator heating. in systems not exceeding 20 m2. The use of a temperature limiter eliminates the need to install a mixing valve and an additional circulation pump. The cassette RTL can be equipped with a thermostatically controlled actuator installed on the M30x1.5 head, the actuator connected to the temperature controller will start floor heating, e.g. in the bathroom, at strictly defined temperatures, the actuator can be replaced with a thermostatic head with an external capillary.
