The DR-401 recorder is designed to measure and record temperature and events (door opening, etc.). Current temperature values and alarm states are presented on a backlit alphanumeric display. The measurement data are stored in the recorder's non-volatile memory. The frequency of data memorization can be programmed in the range from 1 to 999 minutes. The memory capacity is 32,000 measurements, enough for 1 year of measurements. After filling the memory, the recorder continues to work, the oldest measurements are successively replaced with the newest ones. The stored data can be deleted, and the entry to the menu is password protected. The recorder is equipped with a thermal printer, thanks to which it is possible to print data from the device's memory for any period of time. Each report shows the owner's data, description of the vehicle and sensors, the course of temperature over time, events from the digital input, temperature alarms, start and end times of delivery and a place for signature. The report allows you to track the entire transport history by the final recipient of the goods. The user can program the minimum and maximum temperature, after exceeding which he will be informed by a message on the display, a sound signal and the active state of the relay. The operation of the device is simple and intuitive, all messages and commands are displayed in Polish. The recorder set includes 3 NTC temperature sensors with a 5m cable. It enables temperature measurement in the range: -40...+80°C with an accuracy of +/-0.5°C. The device is powered from the car electrical system 12...24V. A stationary version with 230V mains supply is also available. Optionally, door opening sensors, external sounders and a calibration certificate are also available.
