The DR-100 recorder is designed to measure and record temperature and events (door opening, etc.). The current temperature values and alarm states are presented on the illuminated alphanumeric display. Measurement data are stored in the recorder's non-volatile memory. The frequency of data memory can be programmed in the range from 1 to 999 minutes. The memory capacity is 5,000 measurements (enough for about 4 months at a frequency of 30 minutes). After the memory is full, the recorder continues to work, the oldest measurements are successively replaced by the newest ones. The stored data can be erased and the entrance to the menu protected with a password. The recorder is equipped with a thermal printer, thanks to which it is possible to print data from the device's memory for any period of time. Each report shows owner data, vehicle and sensor description, temperature history over time, digital input events, temperature alarm states, delivery start and end times, and a place for signature. The report allows the entire history of transport to be traced by the final recipient of the goods. The user can program the minimum and maximum temperature, when exceeded, he will be informed by a message on the display, a sound signal and the active status of the relay. The operation of the device is simple and intuitive, all messages and commands are displayed in Polish. The recorder has a "delivery" function that allows the user and the recipient to identify the start and end time of the course on the printed report. The recorder kit includes an NTC temperature sensor with a 5m cable. It enables temperature measurement in the range: -40 ... + 80 ° C with an accuracy of +/- 0.5 ° C. The device is intended for transport control and is powered by a car's 12 ... 24V electrical system. A stationary version with 230V mains supply is also available. Optionally, there are also door opening sensors, external sounders and the instrument's calibration certificate.
The DR100 kit includes: recorder + 1 temperature sensor.
